Description

An inspiring presentation on how to build psychological wellbeing.

This one hour presentation/workshop is an engaging introduction to the science of happiness. The format consists of an easy to understand power point presentation followed by a group workshop activity, in which everyone shares their wisdom and individual take on happiness.

Based on the scientific findings of positive psychology, the presentation inspires listeners to pursue activities and attitudes that can increase their enjoyment and fulfilment in life. Positive psychology offers a broad variety of tools for increasing and maintaining mental health and psychological wellbeing.
