For anyone who is feeling overwhelmed or anxious, wants to learn more about mindfulness, meditation, connect with like-minded people and would benefit from simple techniques to re-connect with themselves.

You will:

  • learn 3 ways to incorporate a mindfulness practice into your routine;
  • enjoy a short & sweet meditation and
  • discover where anxiety comes from and how you can manage it.
  • find your own ritual or practise to feel good when you need

I'm running this free session each monthly as part of my commitment to give back to my community.

Healthy chocolate provided :) BYO towel/yoga mat/blanket to sit on.

Location: Balmoral Beach, near the Pavilion - SMS confirmation sent on the day.

To make the most of this time for YOU, please aim to be child-free for these 90 minutes. If you can't make arrangements, that's totally fine, just let me know - as long as you get there and enjoy something for you is all that matters!
