So you've done the fitness bootcamp, and understand how setting short achievable goals with an easy-to-follow structure helps you to achieve your results?

If you enjoy the 'you time' and focussed challenge as well as community social vibe too, then this is for you...

Mindful Bootcamp is for women who want to apply the same discpline and energy into their minds (our most valuable asset!), hearts and spirits to get a result!

The result is us feeling more authentic in ourselves as women, wives, partners, mothers, daughters and leaders. To enjoy a clear mindset, more quality sleep, less stress and anxiety, more connected lovelife, and better quality relationships with our children and families.

This program contains powerful content which works in the unconscious part of your mind so you come away finally understanding why and how you are, and how to step up into your own uniquely mindful, modern and feminine essence. A more conscious woman is also a more powerful feminine energy, which brings her children into their own and in turn delights and fires up her man as she shines in her radiance.


  • 6 x Saturdays which will challenge and CHANGE your way of BEING for life - we'll go deep on relationships, values, a 360 approach to wellness (mind, movement, nourishment, communication and release from past issues or challenges which hold us back from how we want to feel).

Week 2 Sat 16th Sept - Values Part I: Health

- What do you really understand about your health, food, movement and what your body needs?

Week 3 Sat 23rd Sept - Values Part II: Relationships

- Have you ever felt you attracted people, relationships and situations that worked really well (or didn't!) and wondered what was behind it all? How to enjoy even better quality relationships with people?

Week 4 Sat 30th Sept - Values Part III: Career and Purpose

- Whether we're f/t parents, in careers, taking a break or pondering 'what else', living 'in purpose' drives us forward: a woman standing in her power and aligned with what she's doing is an unstoppable force! Learn how to get clear on what you bring to the world, get 'in state' and how to live that every day

Week 5 Sat 7 Oct - **Feminine and Masculine Energy + Communication** (2 hour session)

- Understanding the masculine and feminine needs, how we can build up the masculine and shine in our feminine is critical to effective communication. We need this now more than ever as women daily dance in and out of both roles - getting to the truth of how to 'show up' as a modern woman is a constant challenge as we juggle so much.

- This will be covered in more depth with our group in the Mindful Day Spa as it's powerful mind-blowing content which will radically change your vibe in this area!

Week 6 - Sat 14 Oct - evaluate and celebrate + next steps

- Creating our idea future, how to maintain mindfulness in 2017

- reflect, review, plan for your next few months so you stay on track into crazy christmas season!

Bring something to sit on, jacket or wrap in case it's windy, any drinks and snacks.

Healthy chocolate and nut mix always provided!

What's the refund policy?

Once investment is finalised there are no refunds within 7 days prior to our Bootcamp or partial refunds if you miss a session. I will work 1-on-1 with you if you can't attend one of the sessions so you gain full value for the experience and evolve to meet your goals.
