Mind Your Winter Mojo: 2-hour Restorative Relaxation Sessions
Winter is a time of profound restoration. It’s a time to become still and synchronise our rhythm with that of nature’s quiet interlude. The monthly Mind Your Winter Mojo sessions are your time to come to stillness, listen deeply and sense what is there to be felt as you recover from what has been and, prepare for what will be.
This winter, you are invited to give yourself permission to become still and turn inward with the intention of releasing chronic stress that lodges in the body, and in turn, relaxing deeply and allowing the mind to settle.
For two hours, slowly, gently, and mindfully release tension from the body. Then, with a relaxed body and a settled mind, be guided through a restorative mindfulness practice to help you restore and recalibrate.
Winter and deep relaxation have much in common. At this time of year, nature is dormant as it prepares for Spring, a time of change. When we relax deeply, activating our parasympathetic system, the body restores itself, it reboots, and our immune system has the chance to recalibrate.

What to bring
Bring your stress and prepare to leave - at least some of - it behind.
Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely and relax comfortably.
Please bring your own mat. Unfortunately, my inventory has significantly reduced these last few years, however, if you need a mat, please let me know so I can make sure I have one for you.
Please bring along any items that provide comfort such as cushions, blankets, bolsters, eye coverings. The body’s temp cools during relaxation so please make sure you have what you need to be cosy and warm (socks, jumper, blanket, cushions).
Investment
$59 (+ Fees ) per session (There will be a small additional booking fee charged by Eventbrite).

Refund Policy
All Mind Your Mojo events proceed based on participant registration.
Mind Your Mojo will inform you 7 days prior to the scheduled activity if the event is to be cancelled (or as soon as possible). If the event is to be cancelled, your payment will be reimbursed (with the exception of booking fees charged by Eventbrite and any fees charged by credit card). Alternatively, participants may transfer to a future event.
Cancellations made with notice of 7 full days or more will receive a full refund, with the exception of booking fees charged by Eventbrite. Booking and credit card fees charged by Eventbrite cannot be refunded.
Cancellations made with notice of less than 7 days are not eligible for refund, however, participants are welcome to transfer their registration to another person.
