Mind Your Mojo Meditation Mondays are your weekly anchor in the chaos of December’s Silly Season.

Join us the first four Monday evenings in December, 8.00 PM – 9.00 PM (Melbourne – Australian Eastern Daylight Time) and experience calm, restful nights to reset. From your sofa, your bed, or wherever you're most comfortable - camera off, no need to be "on" for anyone. While everyone else is spiralling deeper into Silly Season stress, you'll be starting each week grounded, rested, and ready.

What happens in your weekly 60-minute reset:

· Breathwork first: A guided breathwork practice to shift your nervous system from overdrive into its natural rest state – the body knows what to do, just breathe.

· Yoga Nidra: A guided practice intended to help you sink into the deepest possible state of relaxation while still awake. A perfect pre-sleep practice. No poses, no movement - just you laying down while being guided through this restorative practice.

· Anyone who wants to enjoy December instead of white knuckling through it,
