Description

Come along to find out simple, practical strategies you can use in your everyday life to boost your brain health! Improve your mental agility, memory, mood and overall well-being. Shani Lauf is a neuroscientist who is sure to entertain as well as inform you. While the seminar is open to everyone, it is more suited for retirees or people who are soon to retire. Don't miss this chance to discover the true power of your brain!

About the speaker

Shani Lauf completed a neuroscience degree at the University of New South Wales, and a Master of Science Communication at the Australian National University. She has worked in research and clinical practice improving brain function in dementia, depression, autism and schizophrenia. She has researched and written a thesis on interventions to improve memory, and is passionate about 'neuroplasticity', that is, the power of the brain to change itself. She believes in the importance of translating research into real outcomes for people.
