Mind Heart Body Health Retreat
Sat., 25/02/2017, 9:00 am – Sun., 26/02/2017, 4:00 pm ACDT
This weekend retreat will kick start your 2017 in the best way possible; a complete focus on ALL of you. It is not a detox, there are no rules, and there is definitely more than enough food and time to rest.
Over these two days you will meet and hear from a wealth of industry specialists and passionate advocates of wellbeing who will give you different pieces of the puzzle to add to your own story. There will be workshop sessions, yoga & meditation, boot camp and a cooking class, two hours of silence, plenty of sleep and incredible freshly cooked food.
Your return on investment is an opportunity to completely reset your inner world, direction and choices pertaining to your health and wellbeing whilst spending time with like-minded women AND getting the uncut version of the presenters in our very first Saturday night evening event "THE PANEL".
