This year provides an opportunity for clinicians to realise unmet clinical needs and work in partnership with researchers to discover new medical technologies.

Applications may request up to $50,000 per project for medtech collaborative projects involving a MNHS (Faculty of Medicine, Nursing, Health and Science) clinician researcher and a Monash engineering or IT researcher.

Successful past applicants are invited to apply for top up funding. Previously unsuccessful applications can also be resubmitted for consideration.

All applicants have the opportunity to present at and attend a Virtual Affinity Meeting where they will be allocated five minute timeslots to present their proposal for funding. Please note this is not compulsory and does not impact funding allocation.

For those who cannot attend/present at the nominated time, we still encourage registration to enable us to contact you when application for funding opens.
