We cover how to cook the perfect pork rib, learn how to cook an award winning steak then cook and eat your own steak!! Discover spatchcocking chicken as well as trimming, cooking methods, fuel management, barbecue Q & A and more.
PLUS learn some great home butcher skills from local butchery legend Alana Empson.
Tickets entitles the holder to our 4 hours class, their own steak to cook as well BBQ food throughout the class.
Venue is licensed with a bar and bar manager.
