Mike Goodwin has been a fixture in the WA music scene. After years of playing in various outfits, he set out to share his own songwriting with the world.

His first EP, Mike Goodwin, features four tracks produced by Noah Shilkin and was nominated for WAMSOTY Country Song of the Year.

He went on to release a second EP, Locked Down, which includes collaborations (for example “I Just Haven’t Been Myself” with Marnie Fulton) and showcases his growth as an independent songwriter.

His work has been recognised in local awards including finalist in the Boyup Brook Country Music Awards in categories like Best Male, Best EP, and Best Independent Songwriter; he also won the award for Best Independent Songwriter.
