6 months ago the majority of the population of Australia shared a mutual vibe of "2019 is my year! This year I’m going to……"

Now, a majority of the population are still in their, ….”going to….” phase.

In 6 months time, they’ll probably still be there, perhaps changing their words to “....meant to…”.

What is the biggest reason for this?

SELF SABOTAGE.

Many of us set out with the best intentions to change.

We sign up to the gym membership, download healthy recipes, set the morning alarm. But then either don’t follow through or we quickly return to habits that stall our progress, or even reverse it!

And before you know it, you’re back to square one, looking for the next thing that will change your life, or save you from yourself!
