Description

Join Jen for a 30 minute meditation and mindfulness session designed to help you relax, reduce stress, increase focus, creativity, and productivity, improve general health and well-being and recharge for the rest of the day.

Limit of 7 people per session, please register so we can ensure there is room for all. A repeat session is offered at 1:30pm.

Be there in time for a 12:33pm sharp start!

$5 donation payable on day.
