Welcome to the Beaches Social Group Mermaid beach event

We meet at 630 am at Cafe on Hedges and the set off at 645am for a 30 minute walk or run coming back for coffee at 7:15am.

Everyone walks or runs at their own pace and return to the cafe, so that everyone feels they have enjoyed their walk or run.

If the weather is poor please meet us for coffee from 715am
