 About Dr Sarah Edelman

Sarah is a clinical psychologist in private practice, author, and trainer. She previously worked for many years as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney.  These days Sarah runs psychologist training programs for the Australian Psychological Society and the Black Dog Institute. She also conducts workplace training programs and runs workshops on ‘Changing Your Thinking’ at Sydney University Centre for Continuing Education.  Sarah has published many articles in professional and mainstream journals, and is a frequent guest on ABC radio.  Her book, 'Change your Thinking’, is a best seller in the self-help genre, and she is about to release a new book, called ‘Good Thinking’, which is a teenagers’ guide to managing stress and emotions using CBT.

About Troy Morgan

Troy is a Wellbeingpreneur, CEO of Willows Health Group, director and shareholder at Vision Exercise Physiology, a Business Partner for the Happy Body at Work program and a director and shareholder of SpringDay, a wellbeing technology platform. Troy is a sought-after national speaker in the areas of wellbeing, leadership and culture. His approach focuses on increasing productivity in the workplace, improving self-esteem and self-image, and examines professional and personal development.

About Anna-Louise Bouvier

Anna-Louise is the creator of ABC Commercial’s multi award-winning Happy Body At Work wellbeing programs. The programs have rolled out to over 30,000 employees in organisations as diverse as Optus, the ASX, Minter Ellison, Catholic Care, the University of Sydney, the ATO, UTS and the CSIRO.

She is also the creator and Executive Director of Physiocise, which over the past 20 years has taught over 66,000 classes to people with bad backs and wobbly bodies. She also consults to the Waratahs, Brumbies and Wallabies on overuse injuries.

She is a regular on the ABC with James Valentine and on the Today Show. She is also an Ambassador for Arthritis NSW and for COASTREK.

Anna-Louise was an expert on the ABC's Making Couples Happy and Making Australia Happy.  She is an international corporate speaker and was named Australian Fitness Presenter of the Year.
