Resilience is all about your ability to respond to adversity. Bad things can still happen to good people! Working on resilience means that we are equipped with tools that strengthen our ability to withstand distress and have an increased capacity to bounce back. This session explores the seven ingredients of resilience and provides practical exercises to enhance yours!
