Event description
MENtal Health Matters is an online interactive event. Let's have the conversation about Men's mental health and how we're really coping.

About this event

We're bringing the community together towards normalising mental health conversations, raise greater awareness about men's mental health, whilst most importantly keep the communication open and continuing. The digital event will also help raise much needed funds and provide additional support and resources available from Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney.

Join us for an inspirational digital event with our ‘Meet the Men’ sessions who will share conversations about their own personal mental health journey, triumphs. Let's have the conversation! Men's mental health and we're really coping.

• Brad Hannagan, CEO Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney - Mental Health Matters

• Leon Ruri, Haka For Life Founder - You Matter Most

• Darren Flanagan, “The Gun” Beaconsfield Mining - Mental Health Challenges

Now more than ever, mental health conversations are more important especially with the current times. Be part of the conversations and keep the communication open and continuing.
