Mental Health for Leaders

According to a study by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), 45% of Australians will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lives. Furthermore, untreated mental health conditions are estimated to cost Australian workplaces around $10.9 billion annually, highlighting the importance of addressing mental health in the workplace.

The Mental Health for Leaders workshop equips today's leaders with the essential knowledge required to address mental health concerns in the workplace confidently. Participants will learn to identify early signs and symptoms of mental health issues and a framework for engaging in safe, supportive conversations with individuals who may be at risk.
