Mental Health First Aid is a 12-hour accredited course delivered over two days by FedUni's student counselling team. It covers mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, psychosis and substance misuse and crises such as panic attacks, severe psychotic states and aggressive behaviours, with the aim of teaching students how to assist adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis of developing a mental health problem.
