Mental Health First Aid for the Suicidal Person

This 4-hour course teaches how to offer support to a person experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours. You will learn:

To recognise the early warning signs
Where the person can get help
How to make a safety plan
What to say and do
Practical activities to put these skills into action

This is a stand-alone course which complements the 12 hour Mental Health First Aid Course

This course was written by panels of experts based on the best international research.
