Description

Join us at this special free event for Mental Health Awareness Week, featuring guest presentations by former AFL players Wayne Schwass and Lance Picioane.

Lance and Wayne will talk about their personal experiences and share their visions for mental health and wellbeing in our community.

After experiencing depression and anxiety as a teenager and throughout his AFL career, Lance Picioane established Love Me Love You to help young adults take control of their mental wellbeing and to live happier, more fulfilling lives. Having battled silently with his own mental health for much of his sporting career, Wayne is now a dedicated mental health advocate, committed to raising awareness about mental health, emotional wellbeing and suicide prevention.

Date: Monday, 23 October

Time: 2pm-4pm

Venue: Clocktower Centre, Mt Alexander Road, Moonee Ponds
