Come join us for a free Menopause Cafe online chat on the first Tuesday of every month.

It is for anyone, any gender and age, that wants to ask, share and/or listen in on all things menopause whether you are going through your menopause journey, have a loved one who is and want to find out more about it and how to support them, or maybe wanting to chat about what's ahead for you.

I know that it can be really scary to come along by yourself. Please know that it's a friendly, supportive, and confidential space for everyone.

Importantly ... there is no set agenda, no speakers or experts, and no selling their products/services. There is also no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action.
