About this Event

Introduced and facilitated by Emma Williamson, Co-Founder and Partner at The Fulcrum Agency. Each session includes house tour, special guest talk and discussion, live acoustic music and complimentary wine on arrival.

House location: 159 Stoneham Street Attadale (built 1971)

Built in the early 1970’s this modest home was inspired by the demonstration homes of Floreat built for the Commonwealth Games in 1962. Planned around a large courtyard pool the house has adapted effortlessly to family life for many decades.

Special guest speaker Simon Pendal, architect and academic at Notre Dame University
