Your opportunity to master your media insights!

With the recent launch of Meltwater's updated online news and social monitoring platform, you now have access to even more flexibility when it comes to matching news with your media needs. Through this in-depth masterclass, you'll be introduced to the recently developed online platform and guided through your custom set up by one of our senior media analysts.

During this masterclass, you will learn how to:

  • Build and edit searches

  • Construct media reports

  • Customise your alerts

  • Benchmark against key competitors

  • Utilise the Meltwater smart phone app

Plus other custom solutions including distributing branded newsletters, engaging with targeted journalists, sharing news clips on your website and monitoring social media conversations.

We'll learn together, have some fun, and make sure you are the next Meltwater expert. If there are multiple members of your team who would like to attend this session, please request a separate free ticket for each person in order to reserve the appropriate amount of seats.


I can't make it to the this masterclass, how can I still go through training on the new system?

We will be hosting in-person training classes in Perth, Adelaide and Canberra once every quarter, as well as one in Melbourne every month, so there will be another one soon. Otherwise, please reach out to your account manager to schedule an alternative time for your team.

I am unable to bring a laptop with me, can I still attend the training?

Yes, please let your account manager know when you sign up for the masterclass and we will work to make one availible for your use on the day.
