Melbourne - HSE Professional as an Agent of Change - 9.08.17
Wednesday, 9 August 2017 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (AEST)
In today's business context more than 70% of all change efforts fail and failed change is the main reason leaders lose their job. Why? Most of the change management interventions are premised on the notion of predictability, stability and order. As we know, the new order is anything but and in reality the only constant in business today is change. The 'burning platform' for change often leads to a fearful and reactive response. Lasting positive change is only possible when based on creating a 'burning ambition' for change.
The greatest contribution HSE practitioners can make to their organisation is to equip all stakeholders with the understanding and capacity to deal with change, not as an event, but as part of the journey.
Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the workshop. Should a participant withdraw within 48 hours of commencement of the short workshop fees are non-refundable however at the discretion of the HR Space a replacement participant may attend.
