CFSP accreditation – Updated professional qualification dedicated to the foodservice industry launching next year.
On behalf of the industry, National Association of Food Equipment Suppliers (NAFES) will be launching an updated and revised professional qualification dedicated to the Australian foodservice industry - Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP)
It is a 2 day comprehensive programme that covers all key aspects of the sector
CFSP is an internationally recognised and promoted course. In Europe it operates in UK, Sweden and Austria, with further development and translation work underway. The programme is also run in Mexico, Singapore, Sweden & USA.
Who should attend?
The qualification is particularly aimed at improving the knowledge & expertise of individuals working in sales, purchasing and service within manufacturers, distributors, dealers & wholesalers involved in the supply of foodservice/hospitality related products & services.
The key purpose of the qualification is to help train and develop staff, raise industry recognition and respect, help employees to carry out their job more effectively, increase confidence with customers and provide personal satisfaction and achievement.
Who is the presenter?
The course will be presented by Doug Fryett. Doug is an international speaker and his first book published, “An Introduction to the Food Service Industry,” is used as the basis for NAFEM’s (NAFES counterpart in North America) CFSP program and seminar which he developed. Doug presents the CFSP course internationally.
Doug is recognised as an international expert in the foodservice industry and it is fantastic for the Australian foodservice industry to have Doug presenting the NEW CFSP Australian Program.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you can't attend on the day your ticket is transferrable to a colleague
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
To enable us to provide you with the professional service you require, all requests for cancellation / refunds must be made in writing prior to 27 February 2017. However after 27 February 2017 you are welcome to send another person in your place.
