Event description

Missed the last commercial solar course for 2018? We're hosting the first one for 2019 on Wednesday 27th February

Our previous events have sold out and we had a great response from our attendees, with 92% highly recommending the course to friends and colleagues.

All attendees receive 40 CPD points and $200 off towards Greenwood Solution's grid application or injection testing on their next commercial project!

We are installers ourselves and understand the complete process from start to finish. Our team at Greenwood have the knowledge and resources necessary to complete large-scale projects and it is this valuable information that we pass on at these events.

The course is now better than ever, with additional course material and guest speakers added for 2019.

Our Speakers

Veli Markovic

Veli is our main presenter and has nearly two decades of experience in the renewable industry. With years of experience working on commercial projects, Veli has perfected the processes of delivering a successful commercial project and has identified the common problems that need to be avoided.

As well as being hands-on in the industry, Veli has also been involved in running sell-out training programmes for a number of top solar companies. He is passionate about providing customers with an interactive experience and understands the sacrifices of taking the time out the day to attend training.

The event, therefore, has been designed with the customer in mind and provides attendees with a valuable and worthwhile experience.

Dave Fulton

Dave is our resident engineer, he raises the importance of attention to detail during our training sessions. Being meticulous, David agrees, doesn’t come naturally but over time becomes an essential asset in ensuring works are completed to a high standard and with minimal setbacks.

Matt Culkin

Matt is an A-Grade Electrician who oversees the design and implementation of grid protection systems that are required for all projects greater than 30kW across Australia. He liaises with the electrical distributors to meet design intricacies and requirements to meet the strict regulatory standards.

Matt will be discussing the specifics of secondary protection boards and giving a demonstration on one of our boards.

Trent Mair

Trent has over 20 years of experience in renewable energies and is one of the few people that have solar, wind and hydro accreditations. Trent will be discussing the difficulties of AC on large-scale commercial systems and give real-life examples of how they have overcome challenges.

Guest Speakers

We have Colin Goff from AUSNET services presenting on the importance of documentation from the DNSP's perspective.

A group discount is available when purchasing 2 or more tickets and look out for the Early Bird Discount.
