Description

Welcome to the third event in our MEL CMP 2017 series on change management in the era of digital disruption.

There are a huge number of change models in the market, but they don’t all fit every change scenario.

In this session we will break into groups and review a local council case study in using self-drive electric transport to collect and drop off elderly citizens. Groups will be given a structured analysis framework, this explores how to break down the complexity of the change scenario and build a bespoke change approach which fits the company, various stakeholder groups and project timelines and constraints.

From this event you will walk away with a template that provides a simple, modular approach to analysing and developing your change strategy and plans.
