Join us for a 4-hour workshop - Everything you need to know to prepare ‘ATO ready’ CbC Reporting deliverables
In a post-BEPS world, multinational corporations (MNCs) require careful navigation through a complex maze of new international transfer pricing requirements including the rapid adoption of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reporting by both OECD and non-OECD member countries.
With increased scrutiny by tax authorities and a public interest in the ‘fair share of taxes paid’ by MNCs, there is a real need to understand these new compliance requirements and develop strategies that can be easily implemented to meet these obligations.
Through this in-depth, technical workshop, Ziad will guide you through everything you need to know to prepare for your own specific CbC Reporting obligations including for both Australian subsidiaries of foreign headquartered MNCs and Australian headquartered MNCs.
This workshop will cover:
OECD Action 13 – Country-by-Country Reporting
What are the ATO’s CbC Reporting Requirements and how are they different from what the OECD has proposed
Inbounds vs. Outbounds – what are the specific CbC Reporting obligations
How the OECD suggests the information from the Master File and Country-by-Country Report should be share between tax authorities
What role should technology play in managing the data requirements for CbC Reporting
Timing differences and exemptions – practical insights into what you need to consider
