Event description

Ian Burow is a local fifth generation farmer with 31 years’ experience. Ian's business, Green Drop Organics, has been growing sustainable organic and biodynamic crops on the same farm for more than 50 years. Ian's passion is teaching people how to grow nutritious food, drawing on his extensive knowledge of the science of soil. In this workshop, Ian will focus on soil, soil and soil!

Is this workshop for you?

Are you intrigued by the connection between the quality of your soil and the productiveness of your veggie patch?

Would you like to learn how to build soil fertility?

Did you know that the health of your soil has a direct impact on the nutrition in your produce?
