Meet the CEO with Rob Scott, Managing Director of Wesfarmers
In an interview with Mark Scott AO, Rob will discuss his origins in Western Australia and 15+ years’ experience with Wesfarmers, one of Australia’s largest listed companies whose businesses include retail giants Kmart, Bunnings and Officeworks. With roles across investment banking, insurance, retail and industrials industries, Rob will discuss leadership learnings and challenges faced over his esteemed career.
As an Olympic rower, Rob will also share lessons from his time on the water including why pragmatic leadership starts with building great teams, valuing endurance as much as speed, and the importance of being "in it to win it".
