Mindful meditation increases clarity, reduces stress and anxiety as well as improves your overall health and well-being.

This 6-week course is for beginners, it offers guided meditations, introduction to many mindful practices and visual meditation techniques.

Discover what feels right for you, which methods and techniques suit your lifestyle and your own individual practice.

Our small classes are on Monday nights between 7-8pm and are held in a quiet and relaxing environment that allows you to feel calm and comfortable.
