About this Event

This meditation workshop will explore the meditative state. You'll learn the importance of moving your body to calm the mind and will also practice effective breathing techniques.

Come along and learn the simple ways you can practice managing your stress levels.

We understand things change and sometimes you are unable to attend our workshops, but please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.
