Description

Workshop 2 is a continuation of workshop 1. Together they give an overview on different kinds of meditation, which will help you find the technique(s) that work for you. In this workshop we will look at 3 more categories of meditation. My classes are small, with a maximum of 6 people, which ensures that every student gets individual attention.

In recent years there has been a lot of talk about the benefits of meditation, even western medicine encourages us to start practicing. I would like to list just a few:

- reducing stress

- improving concentration

- encouraging healthy life style

- increasing self awareness

- increasing happiness

- slowing aging

- benefiting cardiovascular and immune health.

However we often find it difficult to incorporate it into our daily life. The aim of my program is to help you do that.


There is no need to sit cross legged, but of course you can if you want to. There are chairs available.

There will be a half an hour break in the middle of the workshop to have a cup of tea, some biscuits and a chat.
