What to Expect from Your 4 Week Meditation Experience

(available for corporations & group sessions)

During these session we will discuss how Mindful Moments Meditation can help to relax your mind & body to bring in clarity & focus.

How different feelings affect different parts of your body & mind & why it’s important to be able to release these feelings and relax during these times.

Why it’s important to have a healthy positive, relaxed mindset during difficult times.

And your bodies energy system, what it is and how to use it to your advantage.

Week 1 ¬ Focus on being mindful of your own needs & relaxing your physical body.

Week 2 ¬ Focus on Letting go of any stress & anxiety whilst balancing the feelings within the mind & body. Putting things into perspective.

Week 3 ¬ Focus on being mindful of the communication you have with yourself. Stilling the Mind Chatter.

Week 4 ¬ Focus on being mindful of creating positive outlooks for the future and trusting yourself.
