Whether you are a beginner to meditation or even expert , join us in this (one and half hour) weekly meditation group. Will talk about the benefits of meditation, meditate and share experiences with each other.
Also for about 10- 15 minutes we will talk about simple healing methods that will help us healing our selves and sending healing to others.
