Description

The Meditation for Beginners workshop is facilitated by Elaine Warcon and runs over a period of 4 weeks.

You will learn:

  • Mental techniques to reduce stress

  • Psychological, as well as physical benefits of meditation

  • The difference between meditation, guided imagery and visualization

  • How your meditation can help give you peace of mind and body.

What you need to do:

  • Bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow

  • Notebook and pen

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing
