Within the healing space of The Joy Sanctuary Amanda Davies will support you in a regular practice of meditation and mindful relaxation. Having begun her working life in high stress jobs, Amanda has spent the last 15yrs empowering people in the community to move forward and create change.
She works as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach in the Perth Hills. With a strong belief that life is enriched through our perspective and through finding time to be still Amanda will enable you to relax, unwind and learn meditative/relaxation tools with breath and basic techniques to enrich your week and life.
