Do you want to learn to meditate? Do you want to develop clarity, calm and emotional positivity?
Join this beginners' program to learn meditation, set up a daily practice and enjoy the benefits of various meditation practices to choose the one that best suits your style.
Modern Researchers have attributed that Meditation is associated with decreased stress, decreased depression, anxiety, pain and insomnia, and increases quality of life.

Week 2: Guidelines for Developing Meditation
Week 3: Concentration Meditation
Week 4: Mindfulness Meditation
Week 5: Reflective Meditation
Week 6: Creative Meditation
Week 7: Heart-Centredness Meditation
This seven-week course is held at The Earth Space (Suite1/2 Moore road - Freshwater). Tuesdays nights - 7pm-8pm
