Meditation and Wellness

These meditations are for those who have done some meditation from beginners to advance. Their purpose is to provide a regular meeting space where you can meet like minded people and strengthen your practice through group learning, sharing and growing. The aim of these meditations is to continue to build and expand existing meditation and mindfulness knowledge base and techniques. The power of meditation and mindfulness is their abilities to transform the nature of the mind by connecting it to its higher qualities such as peace, stillness, calm, love, quiet, healing, compassion and balance to name a few. The more you connect your mind to these natural states the more you will experience them in your daily life as they gradually become your natural thinking, habits and vibration.
To transform the way you think affecting the way you live it requires unlearning and re-learning new ways of thinking, new habits and new belief systems. Going to new environments and meeting new people outside of your normal lifestyle supports the new changes you are making. Being with people that reflect to you the qualities and lifestyle you desire will inspire and strengthen you on your journey to creating your goal.
These meditations are guided and sometimes accompanied by music while you sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor. Bring a throw rug or large towel in case you feel cool. You are welcome to bring your crystals, sacred objects and cushion to personalise your experience. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
Our Centre is five minutes from the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, train station and the Mitchell freeway with plenty of free parking.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We have plenty of free parking on the premises, we are 5 minutes off the Mitchell Freeway and 10-15 minutes walking distance from the train and bus station at the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Dress comfortably and bring a jumper in case you get cool. We advise you bring a pair of socks as shoes are left outside the meditation space.

Yes if you are unable to attend you can either use your ticket in another session or pass it onto a friend
