Happy Healings Meditation Experiences are about creating a space for Stillness within your body and mind so that clarity and calmness can be a part of your everyday life through different situations.

Ideal for self empowerment, physical healing and general wellbeing. Mindfulness can help relieve stress, anxiety, panic and overwhelming feelings, thoughts & emotions.

Mindfulness is Non Religious, easy & straightforward utilising how your body breathes and thinks to create your own calmness that will help you to be able to develop your meditative states anytime anywhere for life time ongoing results.

There are no certain positions or postures required to gain the benefits, these Meditation Experiences are for wellbeing & balance assisting anyone, any age, anytime, anywhere.

What to Expect from Your 8 Week Guided Meditation Experience

Week 1 ¬ Physical Relaxation & Breathing. Focus: Grounding your physical body and Opening up your Energy channels.

Week 2¬ Acknowledgement & Respect for oneself. Focus: Setting time aside for your needs and plans.

Week 3 ¬ Releasing Stressful and Anxious Feelings. Focus: Letting go of any nervous tension, worry, stress & anxiety and balancing the energy.

Week 4 – Deeper breathing to open up the flow of Energy to the Parasympathetic Nervous system. Focus: Releasing tension & stress from the heart.

Week 5 ¬ Opening up the neck and throat, releasing tension from the shoulders. Focus: stimulating thyroid gland and communicating clearly.

Week 6 ¬ Mind relaxation. Focus: Stimulating the Pineal and Pituitary Glands to release positive thought patterns and welcome relaxation.

Week 7 ¬ Deeper Mind relaxation. Focus on accepting peace into your life. Feeling secure and open to the feelings of peace.

Week 8 ¬ Full Energetic relaxation and connection. Focus on Healing & Harmony in your lives. Healing yourself from within and synergising with your body, mind spirit to work in unison.
