Meditate with Sarah: Session 3

Join me for an evening which will leave you feeling, relaxed, recharged and reconnected.
This session is all about creating inner stillness and peace.
The questions swirling around in your mind or the doubt that determines every decision you make or the pain that is crippling you...
It does not have to be permanent.
You can choose differently.
This is an opportunity for you to awaken a strength and a love within you.
We will explore what meditation means, how you can create a practice that supports YOU and how to incorporate meditation into your life. We will also discuss the incredible benefits of reconnection while focusing on strengthening the relationship you have with yourself.
I will then take you through a 45-minute guided meditation practice.
We will be focusing on a different topic each session including, self-love, kindness, acceptance, dreams and desires, communication, relationships, career, mental health and much more.
Meditation is an adventure. Let's discover together.

What to bring:
Please bring a comfy cushion or a yoga mat to sit on/lie on + a water bottle + a notebook and pen.
What to wear:
Comfortable, warm clothing. Please bring a blanket if you feel the cold.
Beaumaris Community Centre (MEETING ROOM 2), in between the Medical Practice and the Shopping Centre.
FREE parking onsite.
When you enter the building, we are in the first room directly to the right.
Each workshop will start promptly at 6:30pm, please arrive 5 minutes before hand to settle in and get comfortable.
