Join Kadi for a nourishing Sunday afternoon meditation designed to help you slow down, clear your mind, and reconnect with your inner calm. This is your space to pause, release the noise of the week, and sink into deep relaxation.
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have been practicing for years, these weekly sessions will leave you feeling lighter, grounded, and more at peace within yourself.
