Meditate in May is a fun and interactive way to bring the benefits of meditation into your daily life. It takes more than a once a week or month effort to create a new habit so in the month of May we are going to make a commitment to ourselves to meditate every single day.
Maybe you've thought about meditation and didn't know where to start, or you have tried a few times and found it too difficult..or even boring! Or perhaps you have experience in meditation and just want the fun of setting and creating a pattern. Doesn't matter who you are or what your experience this is for you!
Join us on an adventure into the heart as we guide you step by step into creating your own meditation practice. Learn ancient yoga meditation techniques that are easy to apply and are super effective. Share your experience in a group of likeminded people and enjoy the benefits that are quick to arise, including a decrease in stress, worry and anxiety and an increase in inner peace and happiness.
