Your Facilitators:

Dr Ian Rouse. Ian has significant leadership and management experience in industry, government and private practice and has held numerous senior management roles in Government and Universities in Australia and overseas. He has significant practical experience in leadership and management, organization behaviour, strategic and operational planning and project management and more than 25 years working in the health and medical fields.

Dr Helen Armstrong. Helen is a practicing professional in the field of risk management who has, like all BEI facilitators, extensive experience in both industry and academia. Helen is an international author whose experience embraces the areas of risk and governance, leadership and management, organization behaviour, strategic planning and project management. Helen has worked with a variety of organisations including IBM (Sydney), Western Australian Police (Perth), West Point Military Academy (New York) and Curtin University of Technology (Perth).

Teaching methods: Presentations, case studies and practical hands-on sessions.
