Join us at Paddington’s Imperial Hotel for a night of “Meat and Mead.”
We’ll treat you to a journey through time exploring the history of Mead and find out how and why this ancient drink has experienced a new wave in popularity.
Ben Clinch, Sydney’s renowned free range butcher, will also be on hand to give us plenty of tips on the best way to cook your favourite meat this summer… and answer some age old questions like why you don’t get four legs of lamb off a four legged lamb!
