QLD AustraliaDescription
Customers both big and small often ask "so how good are you really?" Without clear data it is hard to answer that question.
Many companies struggle not only to measure their performance but also recognise what they should be measuring.
This free half-day workshop will identify the areas that need to be measured and demonstrate how to measure them. You will receive templates and digital files so you can go back to your business and begin logging your information immediately.
In this workshop you will:
- identify measurable values which demonstrate how effectively your company is achieving key business objectives
- set and use KPIs as an actionable scorecard
- measure performance against set KPIs
- learn how to review KPIs at strategic periods to monitor and assess progress.
