Plant based Whole-food nutrition and Food Prep

We all know that we need to have more vegetables, greens and fruit in our diet and eat more healthy homemade food...

Cooking with plants can be overwhelming if you are busy working during the week, on a budget or just run out of ideas. Sometimes healthy plant based recipes can feel a bit laborious and complicated.

Whether you are just starting out on a plant based diet, you are just trying it out for a few weeks, or you are a plant-based expert, meal prep is a great way to sort out your weekly food in very little time.

My meal prep is all about cooking and prepping ingredients for a few healthy meals ahead of time and portioning them out through the week. With just 1-2 hours of meal prep every weekend you can save countless hours in the kitchen during the week and reduce food waste (so will save money). With plenty of ingredients prepped in your fridge, all it takes is a little creativity to combine them.

This will help you to save time, money, and eat much healthier unprocessed plant-based meals.

In this workshop:

You'll discover the power of micro nutrition, learn how to create simple meals loaded with enzymes, antioxidants and minerals to fuel your body with nutrition and learn the foolproof formula for the perfect plate of delicious food.

I will show you a few tips and tricks I learned and give you some ideas how to plan and create a healthy meal in a matter of minutes.

Nourishing lunch will be provided at the end of demonstration.

Meal planner and shopping list templates to take home.

We will also discuss:

All recipes are free from dairy and refined sugars, suitable for vegan, plant based, vegetarian and gluten free and paleo diets.
