Release the daily routine, and step into our 'me time' sanctuary. Set on our private peaceful property, your 'Me Time' will include guided yoga & meditation, health & wellness activities and delicious home grown organic vegetarian lunch.
Your hosts are Candice Hooper from YUGA, and Melanie Finn, from Healthful Essentials. Together they bring over 10 years health and wellness experience, and through 'Me Time' they are excited to use their knowledge and passions to give you a day to remember. You will leave the day feeling refreshed, renewed and reconnected.
