"How to expand your private practice to offer more, and make more”

Patients get old. Patients get sick.

But they still want “their” trusted dental professionals to support them. If you genuinely rate your dental practice as having exceptional customer service then it is critical to have some capacity to treat your own patients outside your fixed surgery - when they and their families need you most.

Separate your practice from the pack by integrating a part time portable service that is profitable, inexpensive AND fits in the boot of a car.

Learn how simple and easy this is to get started. We discuss systems, equipment, fees, scheduling and time management.

Be part of the future and extend your care beyond your existing walls.

Biography: Dr Mark Wotherspoon is a Private Practice general dentist who loves working with Hygienists and OHTs. He has also worked in the remote Kimberley of Western Australia, served in the Regular Army as a Dental Officer and even set up a dental surgery within a Private Prison.

More recently Dr Wotherspoon has developed the portable dental service “Dentist To Your Door” and participated in the ADA’s submission to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. He has also invented, developed and launched a range of home care dental hygiene products – drmarkshygenie.com

Independence allows great freedoms, but what are the responsibilities that come with it? Join Dr Elizabeth Milford for a practical guide for AHPRA compliance, and learn some tips on informed consent, record keeping and privacy, and how to continue to build your skills by using your support networks.

Biography: Dr Elizabeth Milford is an experienced mentor and professional educator, specialising in complaint and crisis management. She brings her passion for prevention to her role as a Consultant to Oral-B ANZ.
