Description

Explore McMahons Point with an experienced AAA volunteer tour guide. Come and enjoy walking in and around this lower north shore peninsular suburb extending down to Sydney Harbour.

On this tour you will learn about the area's colorful history and landmarks.  You will be shown a wonderful variety of the architecture and housing types including the well-known and controversial Blues Point Tower.

Discover and learn about the Lookouts including Lloyd Rees who was Australia's finest landscape painter. 

Instructions

Due to Covid-19, we follow all current NSW Government health requirements. Participants are reminded to maintain social distancing on the walk and masks are encouraged but not mandatory. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend.

Please arrive at the start point 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.  Bring a hat and/or umbrella - tours operate regardless of weather. Please wear comfortable shoes.
